I am in a tough season this year with anxiety. I have never felt it this hard, this prominent. However I truly believe anxiety is a lesson for us to learn. Whether it be when I get called on in a meeting (my heart races SOOO much and beats soooo fast to where I feel like people can hear it…) I shake. I sweat. I feel faint. Its ridiculous.
