Aaron Harris is a personal trainer and an active member of the Air National Guard in Louisville, Kentucky who made some major changes in his life after being inches away from losing it. In 6 months, he lost 80 pounds, eliminated negative influences from his life, and got dedicated to his goal of becoming a member of the Air Force. After refusing to give up, he churned that dream into a reality and enjoys serving his country as well as helping others on their way to reaching their fitness goals.
