More than just mindfulness

The 'more than just mindfulness' podcast is a series of recordings made at our regular meditation classes taught to the public and organisations in and around Bromley and London on a weekly basis.
The podcast is practical and helpful with techniques, guidance and explanations.
Each session has a topic on a subject related to meditation and mindfulness.
The episodes begin with a talk of less than fifteen minutes that introduces and explains the topic. 
The rest of the podcast consists of guided meditations, stress-management techniques and emotional resilience techniques all focused on improving our resilience which is our capacity to cope with adversity.
