Kōanga Festival 2020 | Te Pou Theatre

Tēnā koutou kātoa!

Te Pou Theatre is a Māori home for the development and presentation live theatre. Every year we hold a Kōanga Festival supporting and celebrating new Māori story telling through play workshops, live readings, premieres of new Māori theatre.

This year, in the wake of COVID-19, we are presenting our sixth annual Kōanga Festival in a digital edition. Over the month of Mahuru (September), this podcast will bring you new playwrights work in recorded play readings as well as a new radio play as part of our new show Whytangi??.
