I have a lot to share with you about this as does my guest today, Andrew Takata. Andrew is the Founder of HNL Movement which is an online company that focuses on a multidimensional approach to elevating your performance not only in sports and fitness but in health and life as well. He has degrees in athletic training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. And I have some experience with the human body as well so this is a really fun talk!
