Ep.4 : Chatting with Tyler Yorko
Tyler is a personal trainer in Vancouver and he bases his work with his clients on planning out habits and behaviours that will help get them to their goal, as well as teaching them to move, and feel better every day. I had the chance to speak with him recently and ask him about his business, his college baseball career, some of the coaches he has worked with, and the struggles that came to him while playing baseball at the varsity level. He also explained some of the habits that helped accelerate his performance, and what made him want to become a personal trainer and a coach all together. With the state of the pandemic going on, his business has had to make a shift recently, which has put him in a new direction.
