The studies keep coming in, and they are showing us the negative impact that social media is having on our mental health. It's not surprising, but does it have to be this way? A while back, I took a break from social media because I was feeling the pains of self-induced pressure on social media. The time away helped me realize that social media itself isn't always bad. I was able to establish five strategies (mindsets) that have helped me approach social media with the goals to make it meaningful and fun.
